Advisory Coordinator

Oggy has over 30 years of experience in finance. After completing the Officer Development Program at PT Bank Summa in 1990, Oggy began his career as a treasury operations manager, handling dealing-room settlements and international banking practices. In 1993, he joined PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia as an Account/Financing Officer, focusing on financing for eligible corporations. In 1995, he broadened his experience as a venture capital manager at PT Bahana Artha Ventura, providing profit-sharing financing, bond and convertible bond financing, as well as equity participation, while guiding partner businesses to become financeable.

In 2000, he was appointed Director at PT Sarana Lampung Ventura and served on the Investment Committee. In 2004, he became Quality Assurance Coordinator at PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero), ensuring internal/external audit findings were followed up and procedures improved. In 2005, he moved to PT Bahana Securities (Investment Banking), advising companies on broader financing via the capital market, including bond issuance and IPOs to become public companies.

He also acted as consultant/arranger for mergers and acquisitions, share purchases/sales, and financial restructuring. At Bahana Securities, Oggy earned licenses as a Broker-Dealer Representative, Underwriter Representative, and Investment Manager Representative from Bapepam-LK. In 2014, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) (INALUM), optimizing funding to maximize asset effectiveness and guiding additional state capital, mining SOE holding formation (INALUM becoming the holding of PT Bukit Asam, PT Timah, and PT ANTAM), and preparations for the acquisitions of PT Freeport Indonesia and PT VALE.

In 2018, he served as Managing Director, strengthening core businesses through vertical integration (securing upstream alumina supply and building downstream secondary aluminium facilities), including feasibility of expanding smelter operations. In 2021, he became Director of Finance, Risk Management, and HR at PT PAL Indonesia (Persero), securing operations/project funding, restructuring loans, ensuring robust risk management from execution to monitoring and closure, building competency-based talent career paths, and improving the operational and financial effectiveness of subsidiaries.
